Policies & Guidelines

The following policies are in place to help create a respectful, supportive, and well-organized environment for everyone participating in sessions, classes, and events. Clear expectations allow the space to remain calm, focused, and aligned with the intention of this work. These guidelines are simply here to support a smooth experience for both clients and participants while honoring the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each offering. If you ever have questions about any policy or need clarification, please feel free to reach out.

  • We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment.

    Cancellation Policy Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time.

    Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a $50 late cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file or paid before you can book another session.

    This policy exists to honor the time, energy, and preparation that goes into each session, and to ensure availability for other clients.

  • If a client does not attend their scheduled appointment and does not provide notice (no-call, no-email), this is considered a no-show. Because I hold limited session availability and prepare energetically and professionally for each client, missed appointments without communication result in removal of future booking access. If there was an emergency or error, you are welcome to reply to the appointment notification to discuss the situation.

  • Payment for individual healing sessions is due at the end of the session unless otherwise arranged in advance. Accepted payment methods include Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or cash.

    For classes or programs purchased through Skool, payment is required at the time of registration in order to access course materials and community content. Due to the nature of digital learning and immediate access to course materials, refunds are generally not offered. However, requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis when appropriate.

  • Donation-based sessions are offered because I believe healing support should be accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. If you choose a donation-based session, you are invited to contribute whatever feels comfortable and aligned for you at this time.

    If you are currently unable to make a financial contribution, you are still welcome to receive support. In place of payment, I kindly ask that you consider writing a review about your experience and sharing my work with others who may benefit from it. Referrals and word-of-mouth support help this work continue to reach those who need it.

    My intention is to create a space where healing is available when it is truly needed, not only when it is financially convenient.

  • The services offered are holistic wellness and spiritual support practices intended to promote relaxation, self-awareness, and overall well-being. These services may include energy healing modalities, intuitive guidance, somatic support practices, spiritual mentoring, tarot or oracle readings, and educational classes or workshops.

    These services are not a substitute for professional medical care, mental health treatment, or licensed therapeutic services. I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, prescribe medication, or provide medical treatment. Clients are encouraged to continue working with their licensed healthcare providers and to seek appropriate professional care when needed.

    Energy healing and spiritual practices are complementary approaches that support the body’s natural ability to restore balance and promote self-awareness. Individual experiences and results may vary.

    By participating in sessions, classes, or events, clients acknowledge that they understand the nature of these services and accept personal responsibility for their own health and well-being.

  • Creating a safe and respectful space is a core part of the healing work offered. All personal information shared during sessions, classes, or consultations is treated with care and respect.

    Any personal experiences, conversations, or information shared during a private session will remain confidential and will not be shared with others without the client’s permission, except where disclosure may be required by law.

    For group settings such as classes, circles, or workshops, participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of others and maintain confidentiality regarding personal stories or experiences shared within the group.

    The intention of this policy is to foster an environment where individuals feel safe, supported, and respected while engaging in their healing journey.

  • Events, workshops, and group gatherings are offered as spaces for learning, connection, and shared healing experiences. Advance registration may be required for certain events in order to reserve a space.

    For ticketed events or paid workshops, payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise specified. Due to limited space and event preparation, tickets are generally non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may contact me to discuss possible options such as transferring your spot to another person or applying the credit toward a future event when appropriate.

    For events that do not require tickets, participants are encouraged to RSVP when possible so that the space can be prepared appropriately.

    Participants are asked to arrive on time and respect the shared space of the gathering. For events involving meditation, sound healing, or guided practices, late entry may not always be possible once the event has begun in order to maintain a calm and supportive environment for everyone present.

    These gatherings are intended to be welcoming, respectful spaces for personal growth and connection. Participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect while attending events and workshops.

  • Each session is designed to be a calm, supportive space where you can slow down, reconnect with your body, and allow your nervous system to settle. Sessions typically begin with a short conversation about what you are currently experiencing or hoping to receive support with. From there, the session may include energy healing, intuitive guidance, somatic support practices, or other techniques that support relaxation, balance, and clarity.

    Every experience is unique, and there is no “right” way for a session to unfold. Some people feel deep relaxation, emotional release, warmth or movement of energy in the body, while others simply notice a sense of calm and grounding afterward. The intention is not to force change, but to create a safe environment where your body and energy can begin to restore balance naturally.

    You are always welcome to share what you are experiencing during the session or simply rest quietly and receive the work. These sessions are collaborative and centered around your comfort, awareness, and healing process.
