I offer donation-based trauma-informed, soul-centered healing designed to help your nervous system soften, your energy clear, and your inner wisdom rise above the noise of everyday life. This is a gentle yet powerful invitation to reconnect with your body, breath, and intuition. Together we work with stress, trauma, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, nervous system dysregulation, and the feeling of being physically, emotionally, or spiritually “stuck.” My approach blends energy healing, intuitive guidance, and somatic support to help restore balance and clarity.
I believe healing should be accessible when it’s needed, which is why donation-based sessions are available. If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, you don’t have to do it alone.
This is a personalized healing experience designed to support your nervous system, body, and energy. Rather than choosing one type of healing, your session is guided by what your body is holding and what is ready to be released.
I blend intuitive bodywork, energy healing, somatic nervous system support, emotional release, and guidance into one integrated session—so you receive exactly what you need in the moment.
