Reiki and Nervous System + Somatic Healing

I offer trauma-informed, soul-centered healing designed to help your nervous system soften, your energy clear, and your inner wisdom rise above the noise of everyday life. This is a gentle yet powerful invitation to reconnect with your body, breath, and intuition. Together we work with stress, trauma, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, nervous system dysregulation, and the feeling of being physically, emotionally, or spiritually “stuck.” My approach blends energy healing, intuitive guidance, body code, and somatic support to help restore balance and clarity.

I believe healing should be accessible when it’s needed, which is why donation-based sessions are available. If you’ve been carrying too much for too long, you don’t have to do it alone.

What This Work Is:

While both sessions offer space for healing, grounding, and reconnection, they are two different experiences.

Reiki & Energy Healing Session

We begin with a conversation.
Before we start, we'll check in about how you've been feeling physically, emotionally, and energetically. You don't need to arrive knowing exactly what you need—we can simply begin with where you are.

You get comfortable and receive.
You'll remain fully clothed and rest comfortably on the treatment table. Once you're settled, there is nothing you need to do, accomplish, or figure out.

This is your opportunity to simply receive.

I begin Reiki and energy work.
I work with Reiki through gentle touch or with my hands just above the body. I may move through different areas of the body and energetic centers, allowing the session to unfold intuitively rather than forcing a specific outcome.

People experience Reiki differently. You may notice warmth, coolness, tingling, heaviness, lightness, emotion, imagery, deep relaxation—or very little at all. You may even fall asleep.

There is no "right" way to experience Reiki.

We close and integrate.
At the end of your session, you'll have time to slowly come back into the room. If you'd like, we can talk about what you experienced and anything I noticed during our work together.

Reiki is complementary wellness care intended to support relaxation, grounding, energetic balance, and overall well-being. It is not a replacement for medical or mental health care.

Nervous System & Somatic Healing Session

This session is different.

Rather than primarily lying down and receiving, we work together and allow your body to help guide the session.

We begin by checking in.
We'll talk about what is happening in your life and what you've been noticing emotionally and physically. If we feel called to, we will go through body code to see where the body wants to start.

We learn your body's language.
We may begin by exploring your body's natural yes and no.

What happens when your body experiences a yes?

Does it soften, expand, lean forward, feel lighter?

What happens with a no?

Does something tighten, contract, pull away, become heavy, or simply feel different?

There isn't one universal response. We're learning your body's language.

Then we follow what your body gives us.

Rather than beginning every appointment with the same protocol, I draw from different tools depending on what arises.

This may include:

Somatic awareness — noticing sensations, tension, breath, movement, emotions, impulses, and other signals happening within the body.

Body Code — using your body's responses while moving through the Body Code framework to explore areas or patterns that may be relevant to what you're experiencing.

Quantum Touch — an energy-healing practice using breath, awareness, and focused intention while working with the body's energy.

Spinal Memory work — bringing awareness to different areas along the spine and noticing sensations, emotions, memories, or responses that arise as we explore them.

Energy healing — working energetically with areas your body draws our attention toward.

Chakra balancing — exploring the chakra system and using energy work with the intention of supporting energetic balance.

Grounding and regulation practices — helping you notice what allows your body to feel more present, supported, connected, and able to respond to what is happening.

We aren't trying to dig for trauma, force an emotional release, or make your body produce an answer.

We listen.

If your body says slow down, we slow down.

If something feels like a no, we respect the no.

If your body needs movement, stillness, breath, energy work, conversation, or simply a moment to notice what's happening, we work with that.

The deeper purpose is reconnection.

Over time, this work can help you become more aware of when you're overriding yourself.

Instead of automatically thinking:

"I'm fine."
"Just keep going."
"I shouldn't feel this way."
"I can deal with it later."

You begin learning to pause and ask:

"What is my body telling me right now?"

The goal isn't for me to become the person who tells you what your body needs.

The goal is for you to become more connected to the person who already knows—you.
